I struggled with my weight for decades trying all the diet plans, programs, pills, and potions.
Most of them worked to some degree, but I always ended up gaining the weight back.
It wasn’t until I put my focus on feeling good physically and emotionally that I was finally able to lose the weight and keep it off for well over ten years now.

Assessment
We start by assessing where you are now versus where you want to be—not only in regards to the number on the scale but also regarding your beliefs about weight and diet.

Feeling Better
The underlying reason for wanting to lose weight is always to feel better in some capacity. While it is not possible for you to get to your desired weight today, it is absolutely possible for you to feel better today. So, that is where we put our initial focus.

Willpower
Many people believe they’ve failed at weight loss because they lack willpower. The only willpower you need is the willpower to control your thoughts. I’ll teach you how. Master that and everything gets easier.

Empowerment
Unlike other weight loss programs, I will not be telling you what to eat or not eat. Nor will I be telling you to exercise. Instead this program empowers you to follow your own inspiration and guidance to take the action that feels good to you and is in alignment with your intentions.

Long-term Success
Losing weight only to gain it back is futile as well as disheartening. Our mutual goal in working together is for you to get to your desired weight AND to easily maintain that weight for the rest of your long, healthy life.

Weekly Calls
The coaching is conducted privately via 45-minute weekly phone conversations over the course of one year. It is customized to your particular concerns and challenges and tailored specifically to the speed at which you desire to reach your goal weight.
