  • This is a true life coaching program—meaning that we will be addressing all areas of your life. Your weight is not an isolated issue separate from everything else you have going on. It is all connected.

    The overall objective is to improve how you feel.

    If you’re at all like I was, you believe that once you lose the weight you will be happier. But what I found is that it actually works in reverse. Learn how to feel better first, then the weight will come off (and stay off) with ease.

    Recently a client shared with me that when she explains the program to her friends she describes it as happiness coaching. Getting to her desired weight is just one of her intentions.

    I love that so much because it really captures the essence of the program. The coaching is about creating joy in your life and once you’re feeling more joyful you can be, do, and have anything you desire.

  • That is entirely up to you. It can be as fast or as slow as you like.

    Some clients want to get to their desired weight as quickly as possible because of an up-coming special event or simply because they want relief from carrying around more weight than they desire.

    Yet others prefer to take the weight off more slowly adjusting to and working through the changes little by little.

    The coaching is customized to your individual preferences but with sustainable weight loss as the overarching goal.

    This will be the last time you’ll lose these pounds.

  • My intention with this program is not only for you to get to your desired weight, but also for you to maintain that weight for the remainder of your life.

    That isn’t going to happen overnight.

    You’ve been building your current belief system over the course of the past 30, 40, or possibly even 50 or more years. In comparison, one year is a relatively short period of time to dismantle decades of beliefs and reprogram your brain with new, more user-friendly beliefs that will serve you better.

    A one year span of time also takes us through all the seasons, all the holidays, and inevitably some highs and lows.

    When life is all sunshine and rainbows, losing weight is easier. But life isn’t always that way and if you’re going to maintain your desired weight for a lifetime, you’ll need to practice doing it regardless of your circumstances.

  • Absolutely not.

    My coaching philosophy can be used to help you achieve anything you desire.

    I find that working on the body is a great entry point into life coaching because you can not ignore your body. It goes with you wherever you go, so it is a good point of initial focus.

    But maybe you want to start somewhere else. That is totally fine. The coaching is customized to your individual needs and desires.
